Damage

Defects:

In case of defects (repair) or replacement request is Semik Group first choice to correct the defect entitled. If the repair fails or Semik Group for replacement is not able or if this is delayed for reasons that have Semik Group responsible, can beyond a reasonable period, the customer, at his option cancel the purchase agreement (rescission) or reduction of purchase price (reduction).
